This contract reserves your exhibit space. Confirmation of your space will be sent to you. It is understood that as an exhibitor, you are required to abide by the rules set by the congress and all conditions under the space of the venue.
Note: You may cancel this contract no later than 4 months prior to the start of the meeting and receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee; later cancellation funds will be subject to a 75% cancellation charge of the total cost. If, for any reason, management finds it necessary to cancel the exposition, it is agreed by the exhibitors that each will pay a proportioned share of the direct expenses incurred by management in connection with the exhibit.
